Returns
Return Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Processing Time
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lumishop7.com and send your item to our return address.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our return address using a trackable shipping method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@lumishop7.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
