If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

lumishop7.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

lumishop7.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. lumishop7.com does our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a limited window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect address information are subject to a restocking fee plus shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost/Stolen Packages

lumishop7.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, lumishop7.com will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
